You may request a return under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or non-functional upon delivery
The product received is incorrect or different from the order placed
The request is raised within 7 days of delivery
To be eligible:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging
All accessories, manuals, and invoices must be included
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or installation
Items with physical damage not reported within 24 hours of delivery
Consumables (e.g., labels, ribbons, paper rolls) once opened
Products purchased under clearance or special discount offers
Once your return is received and inspected:
You will be notified regarding approval or rejection
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund methods:
Online payments → refunded to the original payment method
We offer replacements in case of:

Transit damage
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we bear the shipping cost
For other cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
